https://www.3motioncreative.com/

3Motion is a video production studio that offering testimonials, podcasts, e-learning, commercials and more for SaaS, fintech and global brands. With an already impressive list of clientele, they were in need of a website redesign.

Using their existing brand colors and typography, I worked with their founders and creative team to modernize their digital presence while maintaining the spirit and feel of what makes them "3Motion".

Role

UX Designer / Webflow Developer

  • Complete website redesign
  • Brand modernization (Typography, color)
  • Developed website in webflow
  • Motion design

Impact

  • Supported new client acquisition.

DEFINE

Website redesign and build using existing branding and typography.

Main Goals

4 goals for the website redesign

The main goal for this redesign was to modernize the brand of 3Motion into a website to engage new and prospective customers. We needed to convey their expertise in video storytelling, show case studies for displays of their experience, provide a blog to better describe the 3Motion ethos, and strategically display call to actions to engage new customers.

DESIGN

The website needed to feel modern, professional, and visually creative enough to expand beyond SaaS and Fintech.

Motion Design

Motion design to engage the user

Motion design throughout the website to add delight to the site's UX, and to align with their ethos of motion.

Case Studies

Simple design to showcase their work

Case studies are a great way for prospective customers to get an understanding of the work 3Motion does. I opted for a simple, scalable design with heavy borders, capitalized headers and large graphics for a creative look and feel.

Blog

A Blog CMS to engage readers

There is so much that goes behind the scenes for a creative video agency, so they wanted to create a blog where they could explain their creative process for prospective and existing customers. I gave them two templates, both allowing for dynamic CTAs and pro tips dispersed through the article.

WHAT'S NEXT

Now that we completed the first iteration of the website, ideally we'd like to enhance it and add new pages like a services section, or more robust blog features. Their work is constantly evolving as well as their brand so they will soon be in order for a website refresh.
