Challenge
Our product is the first of its kind, fully leveraging AI to handle routine tasks like prior auth and recall that usually take countless hours of time away from clinician and their workflows. This presented unique design challenges where we were required to highlight AI centered tasks on the platform, while giving providers and care managers the information they need at a glance.
My work centered around enhancing the AI reasoning experience on the patient charts, with the goals of effectively demoing its capabilities for customers, while setting the long-term vision of the platform. With these goals in mind, we simplified the chart design by focusing on AI centered tasks, and enhanced the patient communication experience showcasing our agentic outreach based on the patient's specific clinical needs.
Approach

Leverage chat, highlights and chart navigation to effectively demonstrate how our agent identifies recall opportunities on the patient's chart.
Patient Communication
Using ElevenLabs we created an experience showing how our agent would outreach a phone call to the patient to schedule an appointment after identifying a recall.
Redesign
In this redesign I made better use of the overview tab, highlighting essential information, and flattened the design through color and layout to give it a cleaner, more modern feel.
